新築の賃貸集合住宅のプロジェクトです。
RC壁の中に柱・梁を内蔵したRC薄肉ラーメン構造を採用することで、構造体が現れないすっきりとした室内空間を実現しています。
事業性を考慮して住戸面積を最大限確保、アプローチとしてのコンパクトな共用部は、ライン照明のリズムが映えるように、無機質な黒を基調としたクールな仕上げを採用しつつ、床はあえて温かみを感じるブリック調の素材を採用し、建物全体のアクセントとなるようにしています。
This is a project for a newly constructed rental apartment building.
By employing a thin-walled reinforced concrete RC frame structure with columns and beams embedded within the RC walls, a clean and uncluttered interior space is achieved where the structural elements are not visible.
Considering business viability, the dwelling area has been maximized. The compact common areas, serving as approaches to the apartments,
feature a cool, inorganic black finish to highlight the rhythmic effect of the linear lighting. However, the flooring uses a deliberately warm, brick-like material, creating an accent throughout the building.
