5階の角部屋で広々としたルーフバルコニーが暮らしに開放感をもたらす1LDKの住まいです。
バルコニーのある暮らしをより安心に快適に過ごしてもらえるように、設計段階からZEH水準の断熱性能を目指しました。
天井・壁・床に断熱改修を施し、窓には2重サッシを採用。
住まい全体の断熱性能を向上させ、一年を通した快適さと経済性を実現しました。

This is a resale renovation of one apartment in an apartment building.
This is a 1LDK corner unit on the 5th floor with a spacious roof balcony that brings a sense of openness to living.
From the design stage, we aimed for insulation performance that met ZEH standards, so that living with a balcony would be safer and more comfortable.
The ceiling, walls, and floors were insulated, and double-glazed windows were installed.
The insulation performance of the entire home has been improved, achieving year-round comfort and economy.
